Rock Camp
For more than 10 years we've been organising music camps for big groups. A lot has changed over the years. But one thing has remained constant: We Rock!
Maxi Rockertjesweek (from 8 to 12 year olds):
For five days (without an overnight stay) we come together in the ‘Appeltuin’ in Leuven, where the rockkids are immersed in a range of musical activities such as instrument and music lessons, workshops as well as crafts and games. In addition, they form a real band that plays a dazzling live concert in the ‘Appeltuin’ on Friday! You don’t need any musical experience to participate in the Rockertjesweek.
Rockertjesweek 2025 costs 345 euro* and will take place from August 12 until August 16.
Mini Rockertjesweek (from 5 to 8 years old):
Does your youngest child also want to rock along with their brother or sister every year? Or is he/she also buzzing with music? In addition to the rockertjesweek (8 to 12 years) we also offer the Mini Rockertjesweek for 5 to 8 year olds! Together we go five days (without an overnight stay) to the ‘Appeltuin’ in Leuven where our youngest rockers are immersed in a week full of music! From musical activities, games, music initiation, workshops and crafts to even the first steps on a musical instrument! At the end of this great week, we will all form a real orchestra with which we will play a spectacular live concert on Friday in the ‘Appeltuin’ in Leuven! You don’t need any musical experience to participate in the Mini Rockertjesweek.
Mini Rockertjesweek 2025 costs 295 euro* and will take place from August 12 until August 16.
*The rockertjesweeks does not include accommodation and meals, so bring your own sandwiches. We do provide snacks. All students of the Rockschool get a 20 euro discount on our camps.
Rock camp for 12+:
During the summer holidays, De Rockschool offers an amazing Rock Camp, where we will be making music but will also be creating wonderful memories. During five days (including catering and overnight stay) we take all Rockers (12+) to the ‘Kluis’ in ‘Sint-Joris-Weert’ to make music together in a real band, to further develop yourself in your instrument and to follow unique workshops. We close off every night with a musical evening activity with the entire group. As is customary, the camp ends with a legendary Rock Concert.
Our Rock Camp only has a few spots left, we will give priority to the instruments we need the most. If you are a singer or pianist, you can still register. If you play another instrument, you can still sign up, but you will be placed on our waiting list.
The Rockcamp 2025 costs 615* euro and will take place from August 18 until August 22.
