Rockschool goes digital: Lessen Logic Pro, Ableton en Garageband
Always wanted to record your own music but have no idea how to get started?
Then we have the solution, in our music school (or online) you can follow workshops DAW (Digital audio workstation), hybrid drumming and Ableton Push from today. Through a trial lesson or a ten-lesson card, we teach you how to work with the platform you prefer. Do you have just a few questions? Take a trial lesson and we answer them all!
LogicPro
Logic Pro , Apple's DAW, is perhaps the most complete and most used platform to record, mix and produce your own music. Logic comes with a whole arsenal of instruments and effects. The flip side of the coin is that you will have to pay something for it.
We teach you how to work with Logic Pro step by step and explain all the features. Do you have just a few questions? Then you are in the right place with a trial lesson!
Garage band
Is Logic Pro still too big a step for you? Then Garageband is perfect to start with. Free, easy to use and clear. Garageband is also known as the free version of Logic Pro. However, there are many differences between the two programs.

Ableton Live
Don't have an Apple computer or do you prefer to work with another program? Then maybe Ableton Live is something for you!
Ableton Live is a more diverse DAW than Logic Pro, not only can you record, produce and mix with it, but you can also use it as an instrument to perform live with or even use it as a DJ program.
Ableton Push
Ableton has created the ideal controller for Live with the Push controller . You can quickly and easily create complete songs or beats with the Push, without having to touch the computer mouse. This gives you the fast hands-on operation of the past, but with the computer integration and possibilities of today. This hardware is also ideal for performing live for both DJs and electronic drums.
You do not need to have your own push for this course. It is therefore the ideal course to get to know this tool! Learn all about it at Joris Hansen.
Hybrid drumming
Are you a drummer and do you want to broaden your drum sound by using samples, backing tracks or electronics? Discover the world of hybrid drumming with me, Nick, and learn how to work with a sample pad and triggers in combination with Ableton.
