Questionnaire Rockertjesweek 2026

You’ve signed up through the Heyo-platform for the Rockertjesweek 2026, hell yeah!

To place you in a band that suits you best and to get to know you a little better, we ask you to fill out the questionnaire as thoroughly as possible.

Medical Form

Do you have allergies, are you bringing medication to the camp, or are there other medical matters we need to be aware of? Please submit all your medical information in a timely manner via the Heyo platform.

Extended care

Each day starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 4:30 PM. Early drop-off (8:00–9:00 AM) and late pick-up (4:30–5:30 PM) are available for an additional €50 per child per week.

Photo & Video Consent

During our summer camp, many photos and videos are taken each year. We like to use these images to share the fun of our activities via social media, the newsletter, and our website.

By giving your consent at the bottom of this form, you (or your guardian, if you are under 18) acknowledge that you are aware of the possible ways in which the media may be used and shared.

Important: I hereby explicitly, irrevocably, and on a non-exclusive basis transfer all rights regarding the media taken during the summer camp to De Rockschool, with the right to publish and distribute this material through the aforementioned channels.
